  Commonly used materials for metal sheaths are mainly Inconel 718 and titanium alloys, using assembly processes

Technical Support：

· In the pre-design stage, the company will collaborate with engineers to support the selection of magnets, calculation of carbon fibre sheath and metal sheath interference, and structural optimisation.

Manufacturing Process：

· The company has a set of stable processing and assembly process, especially in the process of cold assembly and hot assembly is very easy to cause scrap, the company has its own unique tooling and fixture design capabilities to ensure that the finished product qualification rate.

Quality Assurance: The company strives to equip the rotor with a table magnetic distribution meter.
